Thank you for choosing www.graphichiring.com. Our refunds/Cancellations and returns policy aims to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following information carefully.

2. Duration of Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If after send the final copy of design or 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, Before passed 30 days or before send final copy of design. Such as Graphic design product (Flyer, Poster, Logo, Brand Identity design etc). However, You must contact us before passed 30 days.

4. Partial Refunds

Sometimes, Buyers/Clients don’t want to receive full service/design. That purpose get partial refunds, Buyers/Clients can discuss with GraphicHiring support.

5. Refunds Process

  • Once we approval above conditions. We will send you an email to notify to confirmation.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
5.1 Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company and your bank, and if the issue persists, contact us at contact@graphichiring.com.
5.2 Sale Items
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges design service

If you replace design service like as flyer design to postcard design etc. Send us an email at contact@graphichiring.com.
