- Services on GraphicHiring may be offered at a base starting price of $25.99. Some services are offered at a base price of more than $25.99 as determined by the GraphicHiring.
- Buyers/Clients pay GraphicHiring in advance to create an order/purchase.
- Purchased through the Order/Buy button found on Price page.
- When purchasing a Service, Buyers/Clients are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the Price page.
- GraphicHiring retains the right to use all published delivered works for GraphicHiring marketing and promotion purposes.

- Users undertake to comply with GraphicHiring’s terms and conditions, which are a set of behavior rules and guidelines, applicable to these Terms of Service, as updated from time to time.
2. Buyers/Clients Basics
- You may offer direct payments to GraphicHiring using payment systems outside of the GraphicHiring platform.
- GraphicHiring retains the right to use all publicly published delivered works for GraphicHiring marketing and promotional purposes.
3. Purchasing & Processing Fee
Please go on price page for making Payments through the GraphicHiring platform. Must you need to use the Payment method are support on GraphicHiring platform. Note: Have 2% processing fee with original price.
4. Handling Order/Purchase
- When a Buyer/Clients Order/Purchase a service, the GraphicHiring is notified by email as well as notifications on the site while logged into the account.

- GraphicHiring must will send you a complete files and/or proof of work using the way where you want to get the files (For convenience of work).

- Fraud / Unlawful Use – You may not use GraphicHiring for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
6. Proprietary Restrictions
The Site, including its general layout, look and feel, design, information, content and other materials available thereon, is exclusively owned by GraphicHiring.
7. General Terms
- GraphicHiring reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to a breach of these Terms of Service.
- Violation of GraphicHiring’s Terms of Service may get your account disabled permanently.
- Users who have violated our Terms of Service and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and the status of the account.
- Refunds and Returns should be handled using by contacting GraphicHiring Customer Support.

Generated Content refers to the content as opposed to content created by the Site. All content that is created by GraphicHiring for our specific Buyers/Clients that can use both GraphicHiring and specific Buyers/Clients.

10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GraphicHiring be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of data and more.
